Section D – Email Security Compliance
You undertake to ensure that your email system is MFA (Multi Factor Authentication) enabled prior to any communication via email with Sime Darby Property Berhad. The requirement and the guide can be found here :
Section E - Vendor Declaration for Background and Financial Information Check
I/We, acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. I/We, hereby grant Sime Darby Property Berhad (" Sime Darby Property") and its authorized representatives, the irrevocable and unconditional right to:
-Access and obtain my/our company's background and financial information (including, but not limited to, credit reports, company filings and business intelligence data) from Experian Information Services (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. ("Experian") and any other relevant sources as deemed necessary by Sime Darby Property.
-Use and disclose such information to assess my/our company's suitability and financial capacity for potential business partnerships or contracts with Sime Darby Property
2. I/We understand that the information obtained under this declaration will be used solely for purpose of evaluating my/our company's qualification and financial standing for potential business engagements with Sime Darby Property.
3. I/We further represent and warrant that all information provided by me/our company to Sime Darby Property is accurate , complete and up to date.
4. Sime Darby Property and its authorized representatives will uphold the confidentiality of obtained information to extent permitted by law.
5. I/We understand that this consent is irrevocable once this declaration is submitted to Sime Darby Property
6. This declaration shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia
